Job Description岗位描述
1.Strictly monitor the status of product audit and annual requalification to make sure they can be finished in time with good quality; Fulfill the audit report based on the test reports.
监督产品审核和产品年度再验证能够按时完成，在测试报告基础上准备并放行产品审核报告；
2.Design & release the inspection gauges & testers, maintain & annual requalify them;
设计并放行检具或检测设备，并进行维护和年度再认证;
3.Responsible for some regular tests for some specified products, such as locking force test etc.
负责指定产品的一些周期测试，如拉拔力测试等；
4.Participant in project APQP, and responsible for process quality control before and after SOP;
参与项目APQP，并负责量产前后的制程质量；
5.Monitor production running status, find out the potential issue on site; Support quality inspectors for the deeper analysis of issue finding s;
监督产线的运行状态，及时发现潜在的风险, 并对质量检验员发现的问题进行深入分析；
6.Take lead & solve internal quality issues; Work with team members to improve the FPY of production line; Reduce internal scrap cost ;
主导解决内部质量问题；与团队成员一起合作提升产线FPY；降低内部报废率；
7.Prepare, release and maintain quality related documents, such as inspection standard, control plan, audit check list; Train quality inspectors.
准备，放行并维护质量相关文件，如检验标准，控制计划等。培训质量检验员。
8.Prepare & release the dummy samples for the verification of test equipment;
为生产线测试设备准备并放行标准样件；
9.Support customer quality engineer to analyse customer return parts;
协助客户质量工程师分析客户退件；
10.Other tasks defined by quality supervisor or manager.
部门主管或经理要求的其他事宜。
Necessary requirements 任职资格
1.Bachelor or above in electronic or mechanical education background;
大学本科或以上，电子或机械相关专业；
2.Fluent English; 英语流利；
3.Good communication skill, responsibility, positive thinking;
良好的沟通技巧，有责任心的，正面思考的；
