Job Description 岗位描述
1.Capture and analyze customer requirements with regards to technical aspects;
收集，整理客户的技术需求；
2.Define System Requirements from the customer requirements;
根据客户需求制定系统技术规范；
3.Technical window between Customer, Hella, Tier one supplier and Tier two supplier during the product development;
在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、一级、二级供应商的技术接口；
4.Coordinate the internal design to full fill the customer requirement;
协调内部研发以满足客户的需求；
5.On side technical support and problem solving;
客户现场的技术支持和问题解决；
6.Promote Hella product in China Market;
在中国市场推广海拉的产品；
7.Collect the Marketing information and looking for the opportunity;
收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会；
8.Transfer know-how of new product from Hella headquarter to Hella Shanghai;
从海拉总部掌握产品核心技术，并转移到内部团队；
9.Other jobs assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。
Necessary requirements 任职资格
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic, automation, automotive, computer related field;
电子电气，自动化，汽车，计算机等专业本科或以上学历；
2.Good in English using; good at communication and coordination skill;
良好的英语能力；良好的沟通和协调能力；
3.Relevant working/internship experience in automotive industry is a plus;
有相关汽车行业工作或实习经验优先；
4.Familiar with office tool;
熟悉办公软件；
5.Open mind and team work spirit; Self-motivated.
