Your Challenage:

• You participate actively in the development of client solutions from our strategic projects in Lean Leadership & Administration
• Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypothesis, and developing and communicating recommendations
• Participate project team and contribute towards an accurate consultancy outcome to meet client requirements by using fundamental strategic analysis tools
• Support project manager and play an active role, offer service and engage in open and constructive cooperation in project team with Staufen project standards
• High expectations of his/her own work quality, highly self-motivated and willingness to work in a team

Your Profile:

• Students or graduates in master or bachelor degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, etc.
  

• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Guarantee 4-5 work days per week
• Willingness to travel
