Position: Sales Trainee, China Sales of Stora Enso Consumer Board China
General description:
CB China Sales team is now looking for a motivated, and hardworking individual. The successful candidate will be trained within an international environment. This position holder will be with primary responsibility to manage the assigned customers or new customers base to increase sales, with following detailed responsibility including:
- Achieve the sales targets
- Actively visit customers and get first handed information
- Provide customer feedback/VOC to company and act aggressively to resolve customer issues
- Cooperate with other teams in the company with focus of customer intimacy
- Implement and use company's CRM system with all related customer information
- On-going training of skills of products and applications
Job Requirements:
- Regular travelling
- Understanding of paper industry and paper products
- Sales commercial sense, Consumer Board products knowledge, sales skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, etc.

- Flexible and culture adaptable
- Learning capabilities and logical thinking
- Data sensitive and analytical ability
- Good communication and relationship maintaining skills

Education:

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西进行人工林种植。目前林业员工约600人，在北海及林业运作现场工作。林业土地面积为82,590公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。林业运营包括育种、营林、采伐、物流，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证。
