Responsibilities:
1.Participates in analysis of software/storage requirements and specifications.
2.Participates in the creation of technical and/or user documentation, as needed.
3.Develops, tests and integrates code for new or existing software.
4.Provides sustaining or maintenance support to existing software/storage environment.
5.Follows source code revision control Clearly communicates project issues and status.
6.Provides constructive and responsive customer service to business partners.
7.Accurately logs project schedule, defects, and other data into the appropriate databases.
Qualifications:
1.BS in Mechanical Engineering
2.SolidWorks Part and Assembly Modeling, Drafting, and FEA Simulation experience
3.Validating and modifying physical prototypes
4.Thorough understanding of stress analysis, thermal fluids, and material properties
5.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6.Ability to communicate concepts and work well with teams locally and remote
7.Basic Electrical and Computer Engineering aptitude
8.Understanding of Mechanical Drafting Standards and 2D Schematic creation
9.Desire and energy to work in a fast-paced agile environment
10.Experience with complex Sheet metal design
11.Experience with FDM 3D printing methods and model slicing
12.ESD material handling design
13.Interfacing with suppliers and auditing supplier performance
14.Understanding of manufacturing process optimization/ Lean Six Sigma principals
