Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for supporting team daily operation tasks, to assist finance team provide high-quality and timely support on business requirements.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1.Provide support to supervisor on timely and accurate monthly closing (regular billings, G/L entries, account reconciliations and other related process)
2.Assist to inventory count
3.Check the staff reimbursement reports and the supporting invoices attached
4.Prepare the payment documents, cash flow report and other required documents
5.Support accounting documents filing, department spending budget process
6.Support external auditors on local statuary audit and transfer pricing
7.Assist Manager and Supervisor to optimize process and improve efficiency
8.Ad-hoc Projects / Tasks
Education & Experience
1.Bachelor degree and above, major in Accounting/ Finance
2.Must be adept in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
3.Fluent oral and written English
Soft Skills
1.Team work spirit
2.Flexibility, able to work under pressure
3.Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
Other Requirement
