Job description and requirement:
1.  Chip architecture design in the field of audio and video DSP and 
compression 
2.  MSEE/MSCE (PhD a plus) in chip architecture/logic design 
3.  Familiar with DSP and/or image processor and/or platform architectures
4.  Familiar with low power circuit architecture design 
5.  Familiar with audio and/or video standards, such as MPEG-4, and H.264 
6.  Familiar with software development tools (Matlab /C/ C++, etc) and 
software/hardware co-design methodologies

Position: P&R Engineer
Job description and requirement:
1.  As the P&R layout engineer, you'll use your knowledge of place & route, 
CAD tools, and layout concepts to contribute to our industry leading 
engineering team. You must have good communication skills and be a team 
player.

Position: Chip Verification Hardware Engineer
Job description and requirement:
1.  As a chip verification hardware engineer, you'll create chip 
verification plans & execute the plans within schedule. You'll write chip 
verification reports. You'll implements system verification, including PCB 
design, layout & FPGA design, on ASIC designs. You'll need to have good 
abilities in analyzing and debugging test results.

Position: Chip Verification Software Engineer
Job description and requirement:
1.  As a Chip Verification Software Engineer, you'll develop and maintain 
low level PC drivers such as USB driver. You'll also design software 
application for system and chip verification. You'll need to work with 
other teams to achieve design and debug requirements. 
2.  MS in CS/EE major 
3.  Proficiency in C/C++
4.  Experience in USB driver development or other device drive development

Position: Chip Verification Firmware Engineer
Job description and requirement:
1.  As a Chip Verification Firmware Engineer, you'll design and debug 
firmware for embedded micro-controller in ASIC products. You'll need to 
work with other teams to achieve design requirements. You'll need to design 
specifications and other technical documents 
2.  MSEE
3.  Experience in embedded micro-controller programming using C and/or 
Assembly

Job description and requirement:
1.  ASIC chip design in field of audio and/or video and/ or platform

Position: ASIC Project Assistant
Job description and requirement:
1.  As an ASIC Project Assistant, you'll directly report to the management 
team and assist project leaders for project administration according to the 
project control procedure from project initiation to production release. 
You'll arrange and attend project related meetings and conference calls, 
come out meeting minutes and action items, and follow them up. You'll 
monitor project related issues and update project status by project tools, 
and collect all necessary information and database, and come out related 
documents.

1.  As an Analog IC Design Engineer, you will perform analog and mixed 
signal design, characterization and evaluation of analog circuitry for 
PLL's, Regulator's ADC's, DAC's, etc. You will work with IC layout engineer 
for physical design, conduct post-layout DC extraction and simulation, as 
well as chip debug and testing.

layouts. Perform floor planning and placements (pad locations and custom 
routing). Conduct post level layout extraction (LPE) for post simulation.

1.  Develop hardware for audio and video products. The hardware design 
includes embedded CPU, memory controller, bus architecture, IO peripherals, 
etc. 
2.  Have skills for FPGA design and implementation; be familiar with 
Hardware design tools and FPGA simulation tools.
3.  Ideal candidate should have a BS degree (or above) in Electrical 
Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology 
4.  At least 4 years hardware design working experience; 2 years VHDL or 
Verilog program skills.
5.  Design experience in audio or video products will be a plus(include 
DSC, camera phone, etc). 
6.  Be familiar with image sensor will be a plus

FAE Group:

Position: Field Application Engineer (SW)
Job description and requirement:
1.  Electronic or related major (EE, CS, Automation, Instrument, etc..). 
Bachelor at least.
2.  CET-4 or better. Ability to read and write document. Ability of oral 
English.
3.  Familiar with software, such as Outlook Express, MS Office.
4.  Willing to communicate with others and work with a team. Willing to 
have short-term business trip.
5.  Install Windows operation system. Setup and configure software and 
hardware in Windows environment.
6.  Familiar with Windows video driver (setup and configure).
7.  Familiar with VC++, VFW, Directshow. Experience of developing video

Position: Field Application Engineer (FW)

Responsibilities will include firmware coding and debug for DSC May provide 
systems maintenance support services for customer.
