A Web Developer provides web development expertise to Mercer and to clients. 
To fulfill this role, the developer will:
1. Design and develop applications both internal and external clients 
2. Modify existing implementations based on client needs 
3. Rebuild, retest and deploy applications into production environment 
4. Work with business experts to create and enhance the software product 
through the implementation lifecycle 
5. Develop system specifications and system documentation 
6. Identify software defects and ensure quality 
7. Serve as a resource to other members of the programming team.

Qualifications 
1. BS degree in Computer Science, Technical degree or equivalent education.
2. Minimum two years experience
3. Experience in C#, Visual , , PL/SQL, Oracle, 
client-side JavaScript, MS Office VBA, Crystal Report, SQL Reporting 
Service and HTML
4. Experience with online interactive database applications 
5. Experience working with and developing components in a multi-tier 
architecture 
6. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines.
