1． Chinese or international background.
2． Working experience in corporate finance, consulting, accounting, law or business, preferably in Shanghai, Guangzhou or other cities in Southern China.
3． Excellent English, spoken and written.
4． Good communication and marketing skills.
5． Smart, sharp, intellectual.
6． MBA or other business related degree preferred.
7． Experience in direct investment management preferred .
8． Overseas education or working experience preferred.
