职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Following the rules of support manager
2、Create content of Chinese Unreal Developer Network website
3、Create and translate the technical documentation for the engine
4、Meet external and internal support requests and help licensees to solve technical problems via email, telephone and on-site visiting
Requirements:
1、Technical writing and translating experience
2、Sufficient experience with programming, or content creation for next generation games, to create technical documentation for the Unreal Engine
3、Strong C++ knowledge
4、Excellent organizational skills
5、Professional with outstanding customer service skills
6、Good English and communication skills
7、Detail-oriented
8、Self-managing
9、Passion for games.
Preference to applicants with:
1、Knowledge of the Unreal Engine
2、Experience managing off-site contractors
3、Experience with developer relations or support
