职位描述：
Job Description and Responsibilities:
-Planning, resource management, risk assessment and project tracking of all driver development activities as required to support custom RTOS and customer-requested features, new derivative ASIC support and general enhancements.
-Provide timely support and coordinate closely with Program Management team to ensure customers are being delivered a level of support reflecting leadership position in the 2D/3D graphics and multimedia market.
-Monitor, track and report development progress.
-Apply technical expertise to accurately define the scope of the development tasks, project schedule and required resources.
-Detailed hands on knowledge of all technical issues and key stakeholder in driving problems to resolution.
-Track program execution, drive risk mitigation plans, and facilitate trade-offs to ensure that the development stays on track.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree in computer science or electrical engineering
2. Time management skills and ability to communicate across functional teams.
3. Varity of RTOS experience.
4. Graphics, MPEG and video capture knowledge.(a plus)
5. JAVA GRAPHIC EXPERIECNE (a plus)
