职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
-Be responsible for receiving fax and forward to certain receivers
-Be responsible for receiving and disseminating all in and out mailings, Couriers accurately and timely
-Salutation visitor waiting at lobby, and inform receiver come to pick up
-Be responsible for meeting room reservation and visitor entertaining
-Be responsible for office administrative related issues.
Requirement:
-College graduate and above
-Good language skills, fluent in oral English
-Hardworking and strong service attitude, cheerful personality
-Good command of computer skills
