Shanghai Cross Ocean Property Development Co., Ltd is a large foreign investment development company which was founded in June 2001. The first project is located in Nanjing West Road near JingAn Temple at the east side of JingAn Park-Park Place.
Park Place is situated in the heart of Shanghai’s central business district; there are luxury 5-star hotels, top grade office towers and department stores nearby. The project occupies total 20,000 square meters land with a top equipped 43-floor office tower, the finest fashion & cuisine 5-floor retail podium and an international glamorous boutique 22-floor hotel. It commenced construction in October 2004 and expects to be finished at 2007.
