Job Descript_ion 
--Plans and executes all sales operations activities for several complex proje
cts. 
--Support the efforts of the field sales teams for the purpose of fulfilling t
heir responsibilities Includes providing customer briefings and demonstrations
 in the pre-sales activities. Includes delivering sales related services. 
--Sales Operations professionals assigned to the Business Management role will
 lead in the development and interpretation of business plans, measurements of
 actual results against expectations, and measuring and analyzing volumes and 
revenues for brand, industry and geography. 
--Business analysis and decision support and utilizing reporting systems inclu
ding forecasting, budgeting/ resource planning, pricing and contracts, sales e
xecution reporting, etc. 
--Provides general direction and support to all support organizations on all s
ales operations and related issues. 

Qualifications 
Bachelor's Degree or above. 

Desired Experience 
--Applies professional knowledge of sales-related activities and processes to 
all sales operations activities. 
--Applies professional knowledge of communications and personal skills. 
--Understands the dynamic relationship between the brand unit and/or business 
unit Marketing and Sales functions. 
--Uses sound judgment in recommending solutions business cases for complex sol
utions that address customer wants and needs. 
--Provides ongoing technical and operational guidance to lead professional wor
k teams and conducts special projects. 
--Understands all aspects of sales operations activities 

Desired Skills 
We would like the candidates to have the above skills.
Excellent in oral and written English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowperPoint & Excel.
