壳牌中国2007－08年校园招聘流程即将启动，本次招聘将分成三个部分展开。您可以选
择适合自己的部分申请。本次校园招聘主要面向2008年毕业的本硕博士生，没有专业限
制。

您可以任选其中的一个招聘部分，他们分别是暑期实习生，gourami商业挑战计划和壳牌
technical campaign。

实习生招聘和gourami商业挑战计划的选拔将在3月12号开启，截至时间是4月1日，壳牌
technical campaign将于4月初开启招聘流程。。

A paid internship with Shell gives you real work responsibility and the chan
ce to test your abilities on genuine business challenges. To ensure that you
 get the maximum benefit from your experience with us, your internship will
be tailored to your specific abilities and interests, and will be certain to
 provide you with an opportunity to prove yourself in a true business enviro
nment. The work experience also gives you the opportunity to find out whethe
r you and Shell are right for each other.

Throughout the internship your performance will be assessed against on Capac
ity, Achievement, and Relationships, and you will receive regular and struct
ured feedback in order to further develop your skills, knowledge and busines
s acumen.

The internship may lead to a fulltime offer basing on internship performance
 at the end of the internship.

Who are we looking for?



If you are interested in finding out what it’s like to work in an internati
onal company and understanding what a career in Shell could mean for you, ou
r internships are perfect.  We have a variety of internships available to yo
u if you are in Penultimate graduates with bachelor degree or above graduati
ng in 2007.

For all positions in Shell, whether full-time employment after your graduati
on or an internship assignment, we ask all candidates to demonstrate the fol
lowing qualities:

Capacity – The intellectual, analytical and creative ability to learn quick
ly, identify issues, make judgements and propose solutions.

Achievement – The enthusiasm, resilience and confidence to get thing done.

Relationships – The character and ability to work efficiently with others a
s a team.

Technical – Understanding and approaching technical issues coupled with an
enthusiasm for technical challenge.

For commercial internships, only Capacity, Achievement, and Relationships co
mpetencies are assessed. For technical internships, Technical skills are ass
essed along with Capacity, Achievement, and Relationships.



2 gourami business challenge

Gourami, a fictional country is at the heart of Shell's interactive business
 challenge. Your challenge? You’ll work with a team of other talented stude
nts and Shell staff to develop a five-year business plan and present it to s
enior Shell leaders.  Please read our Where & When section below for specifi
c details including eligibility.

 and close on April 1st.

Find out first hand what the energy business is about



You’ll gain an accurate insight into the energy business - from the upstrea
m operations of Exploration & Production to the downstream operations of Ref
ining and Marketing. You’ll also learn about the servicing operations that
support these, including Finance and Human Resources.



Learn a lot and learn fast



Find out how you might cope at the sharp end of an international business. D
eal with everything from complex issues to demanding timescales. Test your t
rue management potential and develop valuable skills along the way.



Structured Assessment



Your performance and development during your time on the Gourami Business Ch
allenge will be assessed and you will receive structured feedback in order t
o further develop your skills and knowledge. At the end of the Challenge, yo
u will be considered for further opportunities with Shell, if there is a goo
d fit between you and Shell’s selection criteria.

Eligibility: Students graduating in 2008, bachelor degree and above, with le
ss than 3 years fulltime work experience preferred engineering, and commerci
al background candidates.
