职位描述：
    (Senior) 3G Protocol Stack SW Integration Test Engineer

    Job Description

    3G protocol stack SW integration and test in target board
    Develop and execute test plan
    Interpret and report test result
    Follow defect status to fix it with the help of development team
    Configure and maintain test environments, and investigate the use of automated
    testing tools
    Validate HW/SW System Quality, Stability, Robustness
    Support Conformance Test, IOT and FTA

    Job Qualification
    Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other
    relevant fields
    Experience in GSM / GPRS / CDMA / WCDMA related development/test
    Deep understanding of testing processes and methodologies
    Experience in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and procedures
    Experience in embedded software design/development/test
    Experience in cross-platform development and testing for real-time and embedded operating
    systems is a strong plus
    Familiar with Automatic Test Instrument
    Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills to analyze defects to pin point the problem
    Good knowledge of software development cycles, including testing phases
    Good command of English / Mandarin
    Good organizing capacity and interpersonal/ communication skills
    Ability to work with and motivate people and be a good team player
