职位描述：
    (Senior) 3G Physical Layer SW Integration Test Engineer

    Job Description
     3G physical layer SW integration and test in target board
     Develop and execute physical layer SW test plan
     Interpret and report test result
     Follow defect status to fix it with the help of development team
     Configure and maintain test environments, and investigate the use of automated testing tools
     Validate physical layer SW quality, stability and robustness

    Job Qualification
     Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other
    relevant fields
     Experience in GSM / GPRS / CDMA / WCDMA related development/test
     Experience in DSP development/test
     Deep understanding of testing processes and methodologies
     Experience in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and procedures
     Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills to analyze defects to pin point the problem
     Good knowledge of software development cycles, including testing phases
     Good command of English / Mandarin
     Good organizing capacity and interpersonal/ communication skills
     Ability to work with and motivate people and be a good team player
