Recruitment Associate / ConsultantResponsibilities:
- We are looking for a young dynamic individual with proven Recruitment Service ability and knowledge of the recruitment service market.
- The aim is to help our clients (most of them are MNC) conducting search and recruit the right candidates for the roles they have to fill.
- This involves Want Ad order follow up, support the recruiting projects, doing the necessary resume database search, screening and selection for client.
- We offer an interesting and growing opportunity within a quickly growth team.Requirements:
- College education above;
- Good communication skill both Oral and Writing in English and Chinese;
- shanghai language prefered;
- Team
-work, reliable, upfront, presentable, Quick
-learner, Able to work under pressure, with a cheerful disposition.
- The successful candidate may come from Customer Service, from recruitment, with a flair for sales.
