Responsibility:
-Recruit quality employees for SYKES in PRC by conducting various stages of selections which involve liaising with the advertising agencies, screening the applications, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures;
-Posts positions internally and externally and candidate screening.
-Develop a pool of potential candidates;
Requirement:
-Having strong interest in and commitment to HR function;
-Familiar with Chinese labor rules and regulations;
-Independent working capability and highly responsible;
-Mature, with warm personality, good interpersonal and presentation skills;
-Highly energetic and self-motivated;
-Fluent spoken and written English;

-通过各方面选拔为赛科斯大中华区聘用优秀人才,其中包括与广告商的合作交流,审核面试表格,为测评打分,按照公司政策和程序进行面试并且向项目经理推介合适的人才;
-在内部外部发布职位,并进行简历初选;
-开拓一批同时具备质和量的潜在人才;
要求:
-大专以上学历,主修人力资源,英语,心理学等相关专业;
-有一年跨国公司或合资企业相关工作经验;
-对HR工作有强烈的兴趣和责任感;
-熟悉国家以及地区相关劳动法律、法规;
-有独立的工作能力和高度的责任感;
-成熟,有鲜明的个性色彩,良好的交际能力;
-精力充沛,充满激情;
-流利的英语口语与书写能力
