Responsibility:
-Recruit quality employees for SYKES in PRC by conducting various stages of selections which involve liaising with the advertising agencies, screening the applications, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures；
-Posts positions internally and externally and candidate screening.
-Develop a pool of potential candidates;

Requirement:
-Having strong interest in and commitment to HR function;
-Familiar with Chinese labor rules and regulations;
-Independent working capability and highly responsible;
-Mature, with warm personality, good interpersonal and presentation skills;
-Highly energetic and self-motivated;
-Fluent spoken and written English;

要求：
-大专以上学历，主修人力资源，英语，心理学等相关专业；
-有一年跨国公司或合资企业相关工作经验；
-对HR工作有强烈的兴趣和责任感；
-熟悉国家以及地区相关劳动法律、法规；
-有独立的工作能力和高度的责任感；
-成熟，有鲜明的个性色彩，良好的交际能力；
-精力充沛，充满激情；
-流利的英语口语与书写能力
