Qualifications:
Genuine interest in recruiting business and strong will to thrive in the competitive recruiting business
3+ plus experiences with reputable recruiting, HR or legal firm
Bachelor or Master degree in Law or Human Resources, overseas experience a plus
Excellent written and spoken English;
Experienced user of database and recruiting management software
Excellent communication skills and willingness to help people
Professional, organized, mature, attentive to details and good work attitude
Open minded and strong teamwork spirit
Smart, creative and work proactively
Job Requirement:
Collect and input clients and candidates information
Support recruiting consultants in preparing candidate list by website search and cold callings
Set up search jobs in system and prepare candidate list for each search
Create candidate profile and submission materials
Collect and study market intelligence and provide consultants with valuable search information
Participating in client or candidate interview and prepare interview notes
Maintain the firm’s website and job postings
Other work related things that may be called upon by the firm
