Job Description:
Responsible for Compensation and Benefits practice function including handling salary payroll, social welfare, C&B cost report and budget, service agents’ program, and etc.
Support to participating in salary survey and C&B system designing consultant project.
Propose and administer effective salary management process based on thorough analysis of compensation trends and labor movement in the market
Lead and drive compensation and benefit related projects and provide support in designing, analyzing, reviewing and implementing compensation and benefit programs within North, East and South China Regions;
Assist to consult management team and employee on interpretation of C&B policies
Maintain effective communication channels with local service agents of C&B programs
Review & update C&B programs termly according to the update of local labor&insurance regulations or policies;
Assist any other HR-related programs & activities whenever necessary。
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Statistics or related
Mature, service-minded and a good team player
Good interpersonal and organization skills
Good analytical skill and strong in numeric reasoning
Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy and be strong in numeric reasoning
Highly initiative and quick learner
Be familiar with labor law and government rules & regulations
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and expert level in Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
