Job Description for Training Assistant
Major tasks:
• Training events logistic arrangement and coordination
• Maintain training related database
• Training coordination with trainers and participants
• Arrangement of the training related paper work
• Staff registration in Scheduling tool
Required experience, skills and abilities:
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solved skills
• Demonstrated time management skills. Ability to organize schedules professionally and within deadlines
• High level of skill in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledgeable about database
• Pay attention to details and well organized
• Excellent in verbal English
