We have over 1 Million members around the world and receive new profiles and photos each day. This position is to check them to ensure the enjoyment, comfort and safety of our members.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for making sure our members’ happiness and comfort in using our service and share useful information with the company for improvements in the service and contribute in business decision makings.
Check photos and profile contents:
• Check free text content of member’s profile in assigned language(s)
• Check all of uploaded photos for their appropriateness.
• Identify inappropriate members and take immediate actions.
Share information for better services and business decisions:
• Make sure smooth daily operation and create daily reports.
• Regularly check sites and inform person in charge to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Create monthly report to systematically share statistical data and highlight any unusual trend/incidences and give suggestions for service/business improvements.
Requirements:
• Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English (CET6 or equivalent)
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiar with celebrity all around the world
• Work 5 days per week. Take a day off on weekdays for the work on weekends.
• Responsible and team worker.
