Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator will have knowledge of campaigns and overall strategy, but will primarily be responsible for getting project through production channels and delivery to the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
¨ Coordinate client project through relevant departments within organisation
¨ Quality control on campaign work and communicate results to both internal and external clients
¨ Monitoring job flow to manage actual work to job estimates, evaluate needed changes to the client job and/or process, adjust information needed for other departments and communicate it, complete job jackets to prep for pre-bills, and complete pre-bills
¨ Creating and entering specifications into the estimating and schedule system, coordinating with internal and external (where required) clients on changes to and recommendations for the direct marketing programs
¨ Updating and editing elements of the system above as the final specifications of a job are determined and recommending changes to increase efficiencies
¨ Serves as the primary contact for internal clients on program requests
