Required Skills;
Financial Services or Industrial or Distribution background preferred
Extensive experience and ability delivering Application Services solutions for clients: large account/project mgt AND/OR Delivery portfolio mgt.
Ability to manage effective client relationships

Role Summary:
Manage IBM China GDC business portfolio. Grow new and existing account relationships. Develop and grow effective relationships with clients and IBM teams. Drive attainment of global delivery and Customer Satisfaction targets.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the portfolio of China GDC business in relevant area ; focus on partnering with other IBM organizations to maximize benefit to IBM
Interlock with sales organization Leaders for effective account/portfolio level reviews, demand visibility and fulfillment integration
Staff and fulfill engagements leveraging appropriate skilled resources from Shenzhen/Chengdu
Support Client Briefing process to GBS account teams by demonstrating credentials with end-customers, Drive Client references and proof points
Work with GDC Solutioning to ensure integration and consistency in pursuits and proposals across all clients
Drive customer satisfaction index
Lead and Develop people and ensure high level of commitment and motivation
