Requirements:
1.More than 1 year related experience
2.Skillful writing, listening and speaking in English;
3.Good command of Microsoft office and be familiar with ERP
4.Strong sense of responsibility
5.Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
Job Scope:
1.Order handling (Enter order timely and correctly, send out order acknowledgement, order pull in, push out, shipment notice, etc.);
2.Quick response to customer complains and returns;
3.Replay customer enquiry (Technical, application, lead time) in time;
4.Payment following up, send AR statements to customer in time, making sure no shipment delay due to payment issue;
5.For new product order to Engineering sample, processing order review and keeping close follow up to make sure release document on time and get a customer satisfied delivery date.
