Actuarial Department

 

 

An actuary is a business professional who analyzes the financial consequences of risk. Actuaries apply mathematics, statistics, and financial theory to study uncertain future events, especially when the amount of a future payment, or the timing of when it is paid, is uncertain. In western countries, actuaries operate in many business areas, including life and general insurance, consultancy, investment, pensions and other businesses that need to manage financial risk. In Allianz, actuaries always take on the challenging role to ensure our fast business development.
