Job descriptions:

 

 

 

 

1.Assist in the approval process for execution of trades, i.e. filling in investment trading forms, faxing, contacting related fund management firm to confirm trades, etc.

 

 

 

 

2.Assist in the recording and maintenance of investment records.

 

 

 

 

3.Assist in the preparation of investment reports, including data organizing and calculation using Excel, therefore requiring excel experiences. (You may ask if he/she has any knowledge in Excel Macro functions or Excel Visual Basic languages. This is not a must, but a big advantage for this position).

 

 

 

 

4.Other investment-related admin work including improving investment filing and organizing.
