The Search Technology Center (STC) is located in Beijing, China and is working in partnership with Live Search and Microsoft Research Asia to deliver innovative Internet Search products and services to the Chinese and global Internet markets.

Roles & Requirements:
If you are looking for ways to take your career to the next level, whether you want to look for future people manager opportunity or you don want the burden of becoming a people manager but still want to have a big impact in the product, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced System Engineer, who is able to independently plan and coordinate system management expertise with the engineering team.
The candidate will be part of members of a team responsible for building a world class internet search product for Asian users. You must have BS or higher degree of Computer Science or related Engineering majors. At least 2-3 years working experience in large scale datacenter trouble shooting or internet company server management is required. You must have excellent understanding of Network and Hardware. Software development experience would be a plus. And we prefer you have MCSE or CCNA/CCIE.
