OMLP Trainee

²OMLP member experience the entire supply chain, manufacturing practices, sourcing practices through structured course work and practical application.

²Coursework includes: Negotiation Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing Management, and Manufacturing Operations, etc. Members are also certified in Six Sigma.

²Will have three or four job rotations during the two-year program.: Possible job rotations may include: leading a manufacturing team ; improving efficiency of supply chain management; supervising suppliers to hone product quality and negotiate price., etc.

²OMLP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key processes in GE. Will involve in projects such as Process Management, NPI, etc.

 

² Degrees: Bachelors degree above; fresh graduates

² Majors: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

² Requires:

Excellence academic record

Relevant intern or co-op experience;

Geographic flexibility;

Strong commitment to a career in Operations Management.

Quick learner; energetic; willing to work under pressure and tough manufacturing sites

Strong interpersonal & communications skills;

Excellent analytical skills and team spirit

Fluent oral and written English; skilled PC operator
