Full-time Software Developer
Description
We are a Silicon Valley based Web 2.0 company building an innovative online social-network platform in Ruby on Rails. Our field of business focuses primarily on social-responsibility. We are looking for a motivated and experienced software developer to help us build creative and new technologies and applications that will reach out to millions of users worldwide.
You will be working with other Chinese developers while communicating with an American team to develop a website ready to launch. The company is currently in pre-launch mode.
This position is based in Beijing
Requirements
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a 4-year university.
• 1+ year experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
• Knowledge of MySQL and Linux.
• Familiar with online social-networks.
• Excellent performer in a team environment.
• Basic writing and speaking in English.
• Friendly and willing to learn quickly.
