Job Role: Human Resources Assistant Intern
Department: HR
Duration: At least 1 year
Working Hour: At least 3 full working days per week
Site: Beijing Office

Responsibilities:
The role will report to Intels R&D site HR manager and works to support the HR team to deliver people solution to the business of over 1,000 populations.
The scope of work would include, but not limited to
? Project-related/administrative duties, e.g. serves as reference for information on policies and procedures. Prepares HR reports, memos, copies, collates, and distributes materials; sorts and distributes mail; schedules and coordinates logistics for requested meetings; organize and deliver event supports, manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department;
? Data Analysis: Execution of research and data analysis tasks in preparation of reports/recommendations.
? Provide HR policy & guideline consultancy to various departments, partner with other HR functions in the development and implementation of human resource tools, systems, policies & guidelines.

Can handle multiple task;
Data analysis skills; Very skilled in MS-office
Self-drive & creative thinking;
Fluent oral and written English.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Masters degree in Business, Social Science, Finance or HR related field.

Note: Students with Master’s degree of grade 1 and can work for one year or even longer are preferred.
