Job Role: Business Analyst Intern
Department: SMG
Duration: At least 1 year
Working Hour: At least 3 full working days per week
Site: Beijing Office

Responsibility
In this position, you will be responsible for providing data and tool support to PRC Business Operation. This includes running data collection and data upload and storage processes; perform regular data pull to generate routine management reports; do quick data mining in different internal and external data bases to support ad hoc analysis; and to create database and analysis templates to facilitate business analysis. You will be expected to gather requirements directly with end users group, design and develop the prototype or ad-hoc/urgent request for EUP type of Business Intelligence (BI) and/or OLAP and/or Reporting solutions and also Keep the Business Running (KTBR).

Requirement
Educational background: Candidates for Master degree in business or science, preferably 2nd or 3rd year students, with Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Management, MIS, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management Science or related fields

Working Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably with customer interface, process driven and service oriented exposure

Additional qualifications include:
- Working knowledge in Business Analyst (BA) skills like workflow process modeling for business process analysis, and Project Management (PM) skills like Program Life Cycle (PLC) and overall Project management concept
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently; detail oriented and yet quick
- Basic business savvy and familiar with PC business is a plus
- Good communication skills to work cross-site and different business group
- Fluent English is a requirement
- Knowledge in Microsoft* .NET*, VB*, Excel/Access VBA, and/or ASP* and/or data quality concept.
- Advanced level and expertise in data modeling (ER, Conceptual, Logical, Physical) methodology and actual experience for medium and/or large size enterprise program would be an added advantage

Note: Students with Master’s degree of grade 1 and can work for one year or even longer are preferred.
