I. Senior English Editor/Global Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Support of English-speaking customers from around the world;
- Management of English product catalog.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree minimum. Good mastery of the Chinese and English languages, good English writing, listening and conversational capabilities are required. English major preferred but not a must, but TEM-8 is required.
- Two to three years experience of using English as the working language. Able to communicate with English-speaking customers on complex issues regarding online store and catalog management and support with problem-solving.
- Strong research capabilities in unfamiliar subjects.
- Experience in e-Commerce and the internet industry preferred.
- Can adapt to the working style and tempo of an American start-up company, willing to work long hours.
- With a strong motivation to learn, love to think and good at asking questions. A vast scope of knowledge will definitely help.
- Patient, responsible and self-motivated.
- Can be available soon.
II. Chinese Editor/Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Support of website members with the usage of the site;
- Management of product catalog.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree minimum.
- Good mastery of the Chinese languages, good writing skills. Basic English writing and oral capabilities are also required. CET-6 minimum.
- One to two years working experience. Able to communicate with customers on complex issues and help with problem-solving.
- Strong research capabilities in unfamiliar subjects.
- Experience in e-Commerce and the internet industry preferred.
- Can adapt to the working style and tempo of an American start-up company, willing to work long hours.
- With a strong motivation to learn, love to think and good at asking questions. A vast scope of knowledge will definitely help.
