    云南云天化联合商务有限公司（以下简称公司）于2003年12月31日成立，注册资本5000万元人民币。是由云天化集团公司、云天化股份、云天化国际、盐化股份以现金方式共同发起，对云天化集团外经贸业务整合后成立的一个集商贸、物流为一体的商务有限公司。公司目前控股云南天马物流有限公司，参股云南铁投泛亚国际物流有限公司。公司位于四季如春的云南省省会昆明市，具有公路、铁路和航空等多种便利的交通条件。

   Yuntianhua United Commerce Co., Ltd, , is a commercial company integrating commerce and logistics, which is contributed in cash and established by Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd and its subsidiaries on December 30, 2003. It is located in Kunming City, the capital of Yunnan Province and enjoys convenient transportation, such as highway, railway and aviation. Now the company holds the controlling shares of Yunnan Tianma Logistics Co., Ltd and possesses the shares of Yunnan Fanyatietou International Logistics Co., Ltd.

The company's main scope of business: international trade, international economic and technological cooperation, domestic trade, supply and marketing of commodities, import and export of fertilizer, consultation service for economy and technology, international freight agency, farming product trade. It has passed through the certification of ISO9001 quality management system, GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO14001 environment management system.
