招聘职位：

项目助理

招聘需求：

10-15人（择优录取）

薪资待遇：

底薪（1500-2000） 项目奖金提成

工作内容：

1、根据职位要求运用多种渠道及方法进行人才搜索。

2、与候选人沟通并初步筛选。

3、对部分候选人进行面试。

4、协助上级进行职位分析，候选人评估等。

5、制作各类报告等工作文件。

任职要求：

1、有一定的思维发散能力，沟通表达能力。

2、普通话标准。

3、愿意在人力资源行业发展者优先。

4、大专及以上学历。
