Title - Software Lead Analyst (Distributed Platforms)

[B]Primary Responsibilities:[/B]
Has overall responsibility for Entitlements baseline data accuracy, integrity, accurate reconciliation of entitlements against installed inventory, and discrepancy closure, on Distributed Platforms (Intel, UNIX, Linux etc.)

[B]Duties:[/B]
o     Ensuring all Distributed entitlements data is validated by mapping entitlements data to standard Signature Bank product names,
o     Receiving and formatting ongoing software license acquisition/discontinuance information (including software proof of license) from product acquisition groups in Regions
o     Performing discrepancy closures in SW Recon tool, based on data validation and resolution decisions from Account Deliver Program Managers.
o     Amending Software License Base information for software product changes to the Contract Software List
o     Comparing software licensed information to software installed information to identify variances
o     Ensuring that required information is obtained about the changes in vendor names, and resolved
o     Identifying and initiating the required purchases/discontinuances to correct the identified variances
o     Producing and distributing the contracted Software License Management reports

[B]Minimum Qualifications:[/B]
o     Software Asset Tracking & License Management experience
o     Experience in corporate / supply chain business systems; eg. SW license / contract management, Procurement, fulfilment, Order management
o     Ability to identify and extract entitlement data elements (PO/invoice number, license type, etc.) from source systems.
o     General understanding of industry standard software vendors, and software contract T's & C's
o     Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
o     Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
o     Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o     Strong analytical skills
o     Eye for details
o     Strong time management skill

[B]Preferred:[/B]
o     Experience in IBM corporate / supply chain systems where software license & contracts data is stored eg. Passport Advantage, WTAAS, CAAPS
o     Strong Excel operational skills eg. Navigation, formatting, formulas/functions, writing Macro using VBA.
o     Ability to operate standard IBM intranet tools
o     Ability to multi-task

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates): Bachelor degree major in IT, Management, or English.
