Job Position: Junior Engineer 09 June, 2011
Job summary:
As a junior engineer in our team, responsibility involve new products engineering and mechanical systems, tooling manufacturing, and production. More job tasks will be involved due to the rapid growing of the company.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Engineering of new products and mechanical systems
2. Come up with production solutions
3. Establishing of 2D drawings, Material lists, Assembly instructions, etc...
4. Reviewing of tool drawings, estimating certain manufacturing & production risk, pre-arranging the necessary tasks to avoid it.
5. Follow up projects manufacturing process and production schedule, such as mold making, injection molding (mainly), Die casting, Stamping etc.
6. Provide technical support for manufacturing, production.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, experienced in engineering and mechanical systems.
2. Very good knowledge with Pro/engineer CAD software. Able to model complex surface geometries.
3. Good in solving engineering problems (analytical way of thinking)...
4. Knowledge of Ansys, Mathcad are an advantage
5. Familiar with normal plastic material performance and manufacturing, involving injection molding, material bonding technology etc.
6. Positive teamwork attitude and honesty.
7. Good English communication in written form and speaking is a must.
