Site Buyer采购员（深圳）

Responsibility：
1. Purchasing Order Execution and Management( timely PO placement and delivery, expedite urgent shipments, rescheduling)
2. Work with GCM/GSM/Supplier on critical part& ONS closure
3. Interlock with GSM/GCM on supplier/supply issues and parts allocation/escalation
4. RMA management with supplier
5. Resolve shipment issue(over/under, loss, quality) with suppliers
6. Support Accounting on GR/IR investigation and resolution
7. Support PP ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) request.
8. Build and maintain relationship with supplier
9. Participate actively in process improvement and site procurement related project /program
10.Train and coach new comer as a mentor

Requirements:
1. Good fast learning skills
2. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
3. Strong business execution skills and critical issue solving skills
4. Strong business analytical skills
5. Good mentor experience and skills
6. Strong capability to extend roles responsibility
7. Team spirit
8. Get the TEM8 certificate.
