Job description: 
Job type    Regular  
Location    BeiJing CDL
  
IBM InfoSphere Optim Query Tuner and IBM InfoSphere Optim Query Workload Tuner help database administrators and SQL developers create better performing SQL statements for applications that query DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows databases and DB2 for z/OS subsystems. OQT QA team work closely with CDL and SVL DEV team to ensure the overall quality of this product from every testing perspective.

Responsibility: 
1. Design test strategy and test plan
2. Developing and maintaining test cases
3. Developing tools to optimize testing process

Qualification: 
1. Graduate student, major in Computer Science or related. 
2. Proficiency in Java programming language. 
3. Good knowledge in relational database and SQL language. 
4. Fluent in oral, reading and writing English 
5. Independent, self-motivated and a good team player 
6. Good analytical and communication skills
7. Big plus: 
  1) Eclipse based development, Eclipse Plug-in development 
  2) Good understanding of software testing methodology 
  3) Query optimization knowledge 
  4) Passion on software testing
