TOTAL Open Position for 2013 Internship:
Total Lubmarine Shanghai Co., Ltd. - Supply Chain Department Intern
Location: Renmin Square, Shanghai
Logistics activities
· Ensure replenishment are received in good conditions and to immediate report to HK Supply Chain team in case of any dispute, damage, leakage & short-landing
· Update the inventory excel file daily according to the latest status of both delivery orders and replenishments
· Collect the ship receipts and pass to Customer Services team as soon as delivery is completed
· Whenever stock transfer is required, ensure related logistics cost are the lowest possible and to seek manager’s approval before taking action
· In case of domestic purchase is required, ensure manager approval is obtained
· Manage slow moving items by providing correct goods information + clear order instructions to help delivery agent to achieve First In First Out policy for special items
· Ensure every month-end closing inventory are consistent with the system. Reconcile for all inconsistency with communication with HK team
· Ensure all required documentation (incl B/L, packing list, proforma invoices…etc) are properly received in time and in accordance with local custom requirement
· Liaise with vendors for best pricing of spot activities
· Good cooperation with CS team to meet customer satisfaction
· Closely monitoring the status of bulk delivery & empty TT returning with Tianjin & Qingdao delivery agents and communicate with HK Supply Chain team ASAP for smooth replenishment planning
Reporting
· Daily update sales and inventory reports
· Prepare weekly shortage report
· Prepare delivery agents monthly expense summary report
Requirements:
· At least bachelor degree in Supply Chain or International Logistics; undergraduate in these disciplines will also be considered
· Good understanding of logistics arrangement and customer duties will be an added advantage
· Good communications, interpersonal and organization skills, quick to learn, cooperative and responsible
· Must have excellent language skills, orally and in writing in English and Mandarin
· Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
· Be available to take internship from March 2013 till August 2013
· Attendance with 4 to 5 days per week
