 Operations Assistant (Internship)   仅面向大三在校学生  Location: Guangzhou

Job Description:

·           Handle daily shipment, make sure all the shipment operations are in compliance with the company's standard work flow & procedure.

负责处理日常货物运输操作和单证，保证贯彻执行公司标准作业流程装运。

·           Daily self-checking system's exceptional report and achieve KPI performance.

每日自检系统异常报告并完成公司关键业绩指标。

·           Maintain relationship with customer at local and assistant Team Leader or Supervisor tailor made SOP for each individual account.

维护客户关系，协助部门主管拟定各个客户的服务作业流程。

·           Additional tasks arranged by Supervisor / Manager.

The Qualification:

?   To be able to read and write English, CET6 needed.

英语读写流利，大学英语六级以上。

?   Team spirit and good international communication skill.

具团队合作精神和良好沟通技巧。

?   Typing skills and computer knowledge preferred.

熟悉电脑软件应用和打字技能。

（该职位仅面向大学2016届在校生，实习协议期限六个月，周一至五，周六日双休。
