Job Summary

 

Set up and maintain quality system (GP system) and continuous optimize all quality systems to ensure we follow up system
 requirements strictly. Assist QMS engineer to do annual quality system audit and management review and follow up all findings 
and take further optimization for current systems. Assist  external customer audit and 3rd party audit.

 

 

Direct Responsibilities:

 

l Set up and maintain quality system （GP system) and continuous optimize all quality systems to ensure we follow up system
 requirements strictly

l Assist QMS engineer to do annual quality system audit and management review and follow up all findings and take further
 optimization for current systems

l Assist external customer audit and 3rd party audit.

l Complete customer audit findings report and reply to customer timely

l Arrange training to improve corporate quality sense.

l Review and provide suggestions for continuous system improvements

l Build solid relationship with customer and make prompt response for all customer requests

l Arrange external testing  and instrument calibration

l Complete all customer questionnaire on web set

l Prepare samples for customer GP  test

l Weekly/Monthly /annually reports prepare and review. 

 

 

Key Qualifications:

l Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience

l Minimum 2 years solid experience in GP management

l Familiar with RoHS and REACH and GP knowledge

l Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

l Must be a self-starter, accountable and innovative

l Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

l Excellent  oral and written proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese

l Abundant quality system knowledge

l Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Access

Job Summary

 

In charge of developing the new project and products, make the PM and the correct process to ensure the samples  and products correct
 and meet the customers’ requirements. Edit and update the process sheets, make sure the engineer process sheets correctly and preciseness.
 Cooperate with the other relative departments to solve the technology issues and improve the process during the production.Engaged in improving
 the production efficiency, reducing the production wastage.Innovate actively, take care of new technology application.

 

Direct Responsibilities:

 

 Evaluate and provide the improved measures and  cost models to sales&CS  according to the customers’ drawings.

Arrange the new samples’ process sheets and tolling according to sales & CS request, push , follow up and support the samples making schedule.

 Kick off and follow up the Rotary toolings, confirm the toolings’ schedule.

 Arrange the Rotary pilot run test and follow up.

 Before the new products’ mass production,Set up the BoMs, Routings in SAP, make the correct process sheets, ensure the engineers datas
 correctly and accurately.

 Improving the process and production efficiency  to save the cost, follow up the production issues and problems, provide
 the methods to make the production go smoothly.

 Try to find more current living parts’ improvement area to meet cost saving target.

 Implement the new tech. Process application into new products to save the cost.

 Response to Customers and QA department complains, analysis the root reasons and take the reasonable steps.

 Finish the other task that supervisors assign..

 

Key Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience

 Must have at least 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

 Knowledge in die cut manufacturing or technical expert in machine/automation

 Knowledge of process development, quality control, Statistical Process Control(SPC, FMEA, DFx, process documentation and reporting system)

 Knowledge in industry/machine automation/PC,  CAD, web-design, automation and PLC is an added advantage.

 Posses basic engineering skill in CAD, drawing interpretation, data collection and analysis, technical trouble
 shooting and update in industry technology.

 Possess creative, self motivated, problem solving skill and communication

 Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

 Excellent Bilingual skill, oral and written proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese

We are looking for an International CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who performs a wide variety of Customer Service responsibilities
 which had traditionally been performed by Boyd U.S. CSRs. This position also provides proactive communication to Boyd customers to increase
 Boyd's overall level of customer service and minimize the number of inquiries made in the U.S.. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
1)Order entry 
2)P.O. confirmation 
a. Sent directly to the customer for each P.O. 
3)Rescheduling (pull-ins / push-outs) 
a. Confirmation sent directly to the customer 
4) ECNs & CNCRs 
a. Use current system 
i.In the future a web-based system might be available 
b. U.S. to send over S.O., W.O. and defect information 
c. IS to enter into log and complete all the forms 
5) Enter RFQs 
6) Shipment Tracking information 
a. Send for each shipment directly to the customer 
b. Tracking information should include the following 
i. Invoice 
ii.Packing slip 
iii.Commercial Invoice (for international shipments) 
7) Enter NRSUs for non-time sensitive requests 
a. Update W.O. with NRSU step 
b. Prepare and e-mail tooling information to appropriate person (Doug Dun) 
8) New customer setup for non-time sensitive requests 
9) Sample orders for non-time sensitive requests 
a. All end-of-day orders in the U.S. if operations won't process that same day. 

Requirement: 
-University degree
-Working Experiences using MRP/ERP systems are preferred.

Sales Engineer - SHENZHEN

 

Summary:

 

Boyd Corporation is a US company with over 80 years history providing custom fabricated mechanical component and
 assembly solutions to a wide array of industries. We are looking for an assertive and self driven Technical Sales Key 
Account Manager to go after OEM customers in South China who provide design and manufacturing services for multi-national corporations with the primary focus on the electronics industry:  
  
Key Responsibilities:  

· Manage any and all aspects of OEM and Contract Manufacturer programs, working intimately with US Outside
 Sales and Shenzhen Customer Service, including quotations, technical development, NPI, production ramp,
 global sourcing of materials, sustaining production, and product End of Life.  

· Have direct customer interface requiring presentations, solicitation for new business, and on-going communications.  Establish relationships with key customer management staff and decision makers to
 increase new business to meet sales targets.  Display or demonstrate products, using samples or catalog, and
 emphasize technical capabilities and materials applications.  

· Transfer programs between North America and Asia. 

· Implement global sourcing programs for customers through communication with global sourcing team based on low-cost labor areas, generally in the Asia Pacific region, including production of final products in Asia and distribution 
globally, as well as shipment of raw materials from Asia to the U.S. for final product manufacturing.  Facilitate sourcing
 of materials by working with Asian suppliers and Boyd’s Global Procurement Organization on materials specifications,
 properties and performance to establish a materials database, AVL, supply chain and inventory management through 
communication with global sourcing team. 

· Frequent local travel in South China area including Dongguan, Guangzhou, Huizhou, etc. Will require infrequent travel to Shanghai. 

· Monitor and track progress of projects in order to meet customer's requested schedule.  Oversight includes material availab
ility, engineering and production readiness, and quality assurance tests. 

· Respond to RFQs or quotations using cost analysis of materials, process optimization for production, logistics costs, setting
 of process parameters, and balancing resource and budget to meet or exceed gross margins objectives. 

· Facilitate the execution of value engineering with Customer Engineers to define process improvements and materials selections 
to meet specific performance requirements for product applications. 

· Ensure smooth transition of new programs from design build, FAQ (First Article Qualification), APQP, PPAP, design change 
management, pre-production and mass production and vendor management programs. 

· Generate monthly sales performance and weekly programs progress reports. 

· Host customer visit to Shenzhen plant.

 

Requirement:

· Minimum four years sales, marketing or program management experience in electronics industry; 

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science preferred but actual experience in die-cutting parts or application of gasket, electrical insulation, or thermally conductive materials in the com
puter and electronics will be considered;  

· Work with USA Boyd sales team on OEM/ODM projects sales leads and able to follow through the whole sales
 cycle in South China from sales presentation, material selection, quotation, value engineering, FAQ (First Article Qualification),
 APQP, PPAP, ECN to VMI programs;  

· Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin; 

· Proficient use of MS office and ability to learn CAD programs and MRP as required; .
