Position: Product Engineer
Job Description:
1. Lead new product introduction to HPE China factory for server and storage products
manage product on-time go to market.
2. Product sustaining support to production line daily operation, resolve engineering issue,
drive engineering process for continuous improvement, maintain product BOM, manage subsequent
changes and development.
3. Keep good communication with the counterpart at USA/Singapore for both new product introduction
and sustaining support, ensure the local product engineering process align with WW standard.
4. Lead engineering efforts to ensure product quality meet internal and external goals, analysis the
production data, find out way to improve product quality and operation efficiency, manage
production cost saving.
5. Lead engineering related project, setup cross department collaboration, provide flexibility to support
localization request.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering related areas, new graduator or 1,2 year working experience
2. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, good at analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Self-motivated for improving, responsible, strong initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure.
4. Communication in written and oral English is a must to this position. CET 6 or equivalent level.
