Position: Intern, Corporate Investigations Team

Report to: Manager, Corporate Investigations Team

Role Purpose：

Corporate Investigations Team’s remit is to provide independent investigations to internal employees across GSK China, including whistleblowing and self-identified issues namely:

Ÿ  Bribery and corruption;

Ÿ  Patient safety;

Ÿ  T&E fraud;

Ÿ  Job embezzlement;

Ÿ  Inappropriate behavior;

Ÿ  Non-compliance to company policy/ procedure.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Perform data analysis of underlying T&E supporting documents;

2.      Facilitate with detailed work of investigations, e.g. scanning evidences, preparing for evidence tags, sending interview invitations, maintaining handover list and retrieving documents;

3.      Other miscellaneous assistant to CIT team members.

Requisition:

1.                  Availability – at least 3 days per week, 6 months above;

2.                  Fluent in English both in writing and oral communication;

3.                  Proficient in data analysis (etc. use of excel);

4.                  Good communication, problem solving and other soft skill;

5.                  Being independent, mature and proactive;

6.                  Being articulate;

7.                  Strong comprehension ability;

8.                  Quick learner and thinker;
