Responsibilities:
- Lead and design software architecture for embedded systems in the field of Connected Industry / Industry 4.0.
- Develop prototypes for safety-relevant embedded systems including planning, implementation, and reliability testing
- Cooperate with our international business units for deriving use cases and technology transfer
- Establish cooperations with leading Chinese public academic research institutions for potential collaboration in embedded system design for Connected Industry and Internet of Things (IoT)
Requirements:
- Brilliant accomplishment of Ph.D. studies with a focus on electrical engineering & information technology or related fields
- 3-5 years research experience in real-time embedded systems design
- Experience with network programing for industrial field bus system: Ethernet, TCP/IP, CAN, USB
- Functional safety equipment development (according to ISO 13849-1, ISO 26262, and IEC 61496-1) is a plus
- Strength in developing creative technical new solutions in a proactive and systematic manner
- Passion for innovation, good communication skills, team player, autonomous working style
