Job Responsibility

? Assist   supervisor and manager to improve and optimize system & work flow

? Assist   supervisor and manager on work planing and implementation

? Help organize   and promote the application of advanced technology & new equipment

? Support   safety engineer to do a good job on site safety, and responsible for   implementation and supervision of site safety

? Back up   Quality engineer on product Quality control and solve Quality problems that   exist in site process

? Assist   manufacture engineer on process documentation implementation and process   discipline propaganda & management

? Assist   equipment engineer to complete equipment    archives, point inspection and maintenance plan

? Daily   Production Arrangement

? To supervise   and conduct operator, solving the production issues and achieve productive   task

? Continuous   improvement to increase production efficiency and quality, reduce production   cost

? Implement   Volvo site requirements (5S), create and keep working environment clean and   tidy

? Make the plan   of training , try best to improve the ability of subordinate

? Other task   assigned by supervisor

? Solve   dissension between operators

? 协助生产主管及经理完善与优化相关制度及工作流程

? 协助生产主管及生产经理制定工作计划并监督其执行情况

? 协助组织、推进新技术、新设备的应用

? 协助安全工程师做好现场安全工作，负责现场安全制度的贯彻执行和监督

? 协助质量工程师做好现场质量工作，解决现场操作中存在的质量问题

? 协助工艺工程师做好现场工艺文件的贯彻实施，强工艺纪律的宣传和管理

? 协助设备工程师完善设备档案、设备点检、检修计划，并跟踪完成情况

? 协调安排生产线员工进行日常生产

? 管理和指导操作者，同时解决生产中出现的问题，以确保生产任务完成。

? 生产工艺持续改进、优化，提高生产效率、质量，降低生产成本。

? 推行VOLVO生产现场要求（5s），创建整洁的工作环境

? 制定人才培养计划，努力提高下属综合素质

? 处理员工关系问题

? 接受临时性任务安排

Qualification  

? Knowledge and   experience of Quality Management and Project Management;

? Knowledge and   experience of Engine manufacturing 、technology and process flow;

? Knowledge and   experience of Lean production and Lean management;

? Knowledge and   experience of team building and team leader;

? A  higher ideological quality, strong teamwork   consciousness and professional dedication;

? Excellent   communication skill both in Chinese and English.

? 了解发动机项目管理、质量管理；

? 了解发动机制造技术、加工流程及加工工艺；

? 有精益生产及精益管理工作经验；

? 有团队建设及领导团队的经验;

? 有较高的思想素质，很强的团队合作意识与敬业精神;

? 良好的中、英文沟通能力。
