Job Responsibility
-Communicate and cooperate with production leaders and other related colleagues.
-Organize and coordinate cross-functional team, lead to solve the problems occurred in production, continually optimize the process and improve the equipment.
-Lead and assist on-site production team leaders to improve related jobs.
-Continually improve the current job and offer the proposal.
-与生产部门各级管理者及其他部门的同事进行沟通与合作。
-组织协调跨部门小组，牵头解决生产中发生的问题，不断完善优化生产工艺、改进设备。
-领导并协助生产班长改进相关工作。
-不断改进当前工作并提出自己的建议。
Qualification |
-Bachelor degree or above. -Major of machinery、electric、NC、automobile、engine or other related majors. -Fluent English speaking、 reading、writing. -Independent thinking, creativity and problem solving ability. -Good self-study and quickly accept new knowledge. -Familiarity with powertrain assembly system specific to engine and transmission components. -Deep understanding and master the relevant professional knowledge of the main courses of machinery、electric、NC、automobile examination & repair majors or other related majors. -本科及以上学历。 -机械、电气、数控、汽车、发动机或相关专业。 -流利的英文口语、读、写能力。 -独立思考、创新及解决问题能力。 -良好的自学及快速接受新知识的能力。 -熟悉动力总成系统特别是发动机和变速器部件。 -深刻理解并掌握机械、电气、数控、汽修或相关专业主要课程的知识。 |
