RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop aftermarket products to fit product category strategy.
2.Develop products to meet product line growth strategy and achieve coverage goals.
3.Support supplier development activities to validate purchased products per product line strategy.
4.Assist organization in executing fast, high quality product launches.
5.Support Marketing and Brand/Communications in creating technical publications to communicate Delphi product benefits.
6.Lead development of global product technical requirements for aftermarket product qualification and sourcing.
7.Support the growth of the business line in all regions by acting as the Global Product Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electrical).
2.Master’s Degree in Engineering Preferred.
3.Required - Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to promote teamwork.
4.Good English communication skill.
5.High levels of integrity, accountability and results oriented.
