Job Description:
> Assist the consultant team to proceed with the ordering process
> Collect store sales information, analyze and output daily report
> Assist the consultant team to follow up on other operation related processes such as purchasing, finance, etc.
> Be the first contact of on-field consultants, quick problem-solver, and guide them for processes related issues
> Coordinate with store managers to support operation related processes such as purchasing, finance, etc.
> Support on store daily opreation management , including system operation, expense control and process, daily business operation guildiline etc.
> Ensure store process implementation within compliant and legal perspective
> Manage operation supporting process and monitor related intergration, set up SOP
> Clear documentation, conduct the training and communication with internal and external customers
> Constantly seek team's feedback to improve the processes to be more efficient
> Ensure process implementation within compliant and legal perspective
> Take lead in operation supporting project, ensure project progress within scheduled timeline and overall quality
> Coordinate store level project and support in necessary aspect to ensure project working efficiency increased
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree
> Basic English skills
> Basic skills in data analysis and mining
> Basic knowledge of IT database and reporting tools
> Advanced skills in communicating and convincing
> Advanced project management
> Advanced detailed and oriented problem solving skills
> Advanced ability to coodinate with each other between mult depatments
> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
